Jason Vest

As Chief Technology Officer, Jason Vest leads the Binary Defense Services portfolio while also leading technical direction of security engineering, enabling successful delivery outcomes. Throughout his 25+ year career as a technologist and leader, Jason has gained extensive technical experience and progressive leadership experience.

 
Jason served as a Captain, U.S. Air Force as a Special Operations Pilot and Airborne Network and Electronics subject matter expert, operated as a Homeland Security Investigations Digital Forensic Analyst, and completed multiple cyber transformations as a Principal Consultant. Jason was the Head of Cyber Delivery for a global consulting firm where he was responsible for delivery of managed security services, leading a 1000-person organization supporting a wide array of Enterprise clients.
 
Jason holds an M.S. Digital Forensic Science, B.S. Aviation, and A.A.S. Instructor of Technology. Jason is active in the ISC2 and PMI communities and currently holds active professional certifications including CISSP, PMP, Sec+, A+.Jason lives in North Texas with his wife and 4 children and loves to spend time with his family traveling and making memories.
