As Binary Defense Chief Financial Officer, Mike Hofherr oversees accounting and finance, financial planning and analysis, budget and other financial activities. Prior to Binary Defense, Mike spent twelve years in various financial and operational leadership roles at Lexicomp, which was acquired in 2011 by Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of trusted healthcare SaaS solutions. 

His most recent past position was as General Manager, leading a $150 million growing operating unit. Mike also worked at EY as a Senior in the audit practice, prior to Wolters Kluwer.
