This Binary Defense Service Description webpage contains a description of services that Binary Defense offers. With regard to a specific engagement and the specific services you and the entity you represent are procuring, the specific scope of the services to be provided by Binary Defense to you under any order or quote will be identified in such order or quote. For example, the order or quote will identify the types and quantities specific to the services you procure. The below service descriptions shall only apply as between Binary Defense and you to the extent the specific service is identified in an order or quote. If the specific service is not expressly identified in an applicable order or quote, the service description shall not apply.

Scope, estimated timelines, and hours budgeted under the applicable orders or quotes are based on high-level discussions between the parties. Any additional system functions, business processes, analysis, reports, instances, applications or other material items not expressly set forth herein will increase the overall fees, professional security service hours or timeline. The scope can be changed by mutual agreement of the parties in writing, and any deviation to this scope will require a written change order, accepted in writing by both parties, to accommodate for additional time allocation on the engagement and other factors.
